The customer service, attention to detail, and hospitality Larry & Deb provided was unbeatable! They met us at the house when we arrived to personally show us around and give us important information.
We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was amazing! We called ahead to ask a few questions about things in the kitchen to see if we should bring them with us or if they would be there. One of the items was a large pot to make spaghetti for everyone. They told us not to bring one, they would buy one to have there! We were talking about pancakes when we arrived and that evening we got a text telling us to check the front porch. There were 2 new griddles sitting on the chair!
The beach is like no beach we have ever been to. It is beautiful and private! White, soft sand that doesn’t get hot and crystal-clear aqua water. You feel like you are on a tropical island in the Caribbean! Because it’s a private beach, it is not crowded which is definitely nice!
My background is in Hospitality & Tourism Management, so I have pretty high expectations when staying away from home. My expectations were not only met, but overwhelming exceeded!!! We saw Larry a couple times during the week. When we had questions, we texted and got a very quick response. Larry & Deb wanted to make sure we were happy and having a great time, which we were!

“…if there was something you needed, Larry and Deb were right on it. The ice maker wasn’t working, so every morning there was a bag of ice on our front porch in a cooler. Larry also surprised us on the beach one day with beach games for the boys, which was a big hit all week. You won’t find too many owners that go above and beyond like they do.

Awesome House and Owners!
Beautiful, spacious house in a prestigious gated community. Larry and Deb met us at the house and gave us a quick tour and showed us the way to the beach.
My daughter asked if they had a waffle maker and they said no but the next day they went and bought one and brought it to us. That was the nicest thing and we were so appreciative!!! Larry checked on us throughout the week making sure all was good. Awesome owners!!! Definitely would stay there again and again!

Glorious Retreat & Beautiful Home
Our group of family and friends have been coming to Destin every year for the last 9 years. Our group ranges in years from newborn to 88…and in number from 9 to 25. My husband and I look forward to it as our one big splurge every year…and drag as many as possible with us. The owners Larry and Debbie were amazing. From first initial email contact till the 2nd trip back to house on departure day due to things we “left behind”… were the best people we have ever encountered while staying in a home. They were warm and inviting…not threatening, or overbearing laying “do’s “and “don’ts” down.
Our Sunday there was mother’s day..we needed a crockpot to make a roast for our dinner feast…we found the outside shell..but no crock or lid. I called them about 10:30.am.. and let them know….they were at front door within 39 minutes.. in a downpour ..on Sunday, mother’s day with a new crock pot. Never had a response within an hour to a need… Usually, it takes several days to even” talk “to a person about a need.
This couple really knows how to make your vacation experience go as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Everything was top notch. When we arrived had goodies there to welcome us..snacks, drinks, gourmet cookies…., and huge dolphin helium balloon grandkids loved. We always enjoy our Destin trip…but..this year was really special. I believe it was all to do with the owners, Larry and Debbie…there was a peace that greeted you in this house that I have never experienced before in a rental.

Amazing Spring Break
From the very first communication with the owners, to the very last days of our stay, everything was flawless.
The house is located at a perfect spot, near the pool and not too far from the beach. The decor of the home is tastefully done and quality is very high end. Pictures don’t do justice! By far, the most beautiful house I have ever stayed at.

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. It allowed plenty of space for multiple families and was only a short walk to the beach. Larry and Debbie were kind and welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed. The pool table provided entertainment for both the adults and kids alike. This vacation was voted the favorite by all. Definitely a spring break to remember!

Amazing Week in Paradise!

Excellent location and home for a family getaway!
This was our first trip to Destin so we were a little unsure of what we were in for. It was an absolutely perfect location! The gated community and the private beach is a must, and the community pool (literally) was a nice bonus.
Larry and Deb made sure everything in the house was there for our trip – even bringing Bocce balls to the beach for us – which only added to the beach experience! One other thing – pay attention to the information that Larry/Deb sends to you prior to your trip – extremely useful information!! I would highly recommend this home and location – you’ll definitely not regret it.

IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!
First, I can not say enough about Larry and Debbie, the owners. They are so wonderful. They met us when we got in and gave us a tour of the home showing us all the features and how things work. No guessing! I don’t know if they do this every time… we were just a bit early and they were leaving with the cleaning crew. Yes, they oversee the cleaning so they know everything is perfect! CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN!
As we were going through the house we mentioned we were going to be having a large Spaghetti dinner and pancakes in the morning. A couple of hours later we got a text to check the front porch. They had went out and bought a huge pasta pot and two griddles!! Who does that? They also left a loaf of blueberry bread, waters and coffee pods to get us started.
Don’t forget to visit The Crab Trap right down the beach. Great food!
And the BEACH… pictures do not do justice to this beach. The sand is like powdered sugar and does not get hot! The water is emerald green and clear. Just beautiful. You really can’t capture it in a picture or describe it. And it’s a private beach! No crowds!

Will Definitely Be Back!
Wow! We have stayed in many Five-Star properties but this is one of the best. Loved walking along the beach to the Crab Trap for seafood and drinks! Larry and Debbie were fantastic hosts and catered to every need. We will definitely be back!
