The smaller of the home’s two living areas, the first-floor living space includes a full guest kitchen and an entertainment area. The full kitchen includes a gas range, a GE Profile fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and seating for three along the kitchen bar. The entertainment area seats six and provides guests with a large flat screen TV and a BluRay player. Gulf views can be taken in from the entire first-floor living area and private balcony. The private balcony allows for direct private beach access and al fresco dining for four! A half bath services the first-floor living area.

The first floor also houses two suites and the first of the home’s two laundry rooms. The first-floor king suite provides guests with gulf views, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. A queen suite with a flat-screen TV and a full en-suite bath is located directly off the living area. A laundry room with Whirlpool appliances is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

The ground level can serve as a separate unit while still being accessible with an interior staircase. And, is ideal for a second family or anyone needing a little less togetherness during their vacation. The home’s layout, with two bedrooms on the first floor, makes this a perfect vacation spot for two families.
