A great week at Villa Bianca

There’s nothing like being directly on Destin’s beach. Living areas, kitchens and laundries (both plural !), and sleeping accommodations were all superb – even with four grandkids under age 5. We chose a home without onsite pool because of the young children, but even the toddlers could walk with us for a maybe-3-minute walk to the community pool which was always clean and refreshing. We got fresh fish/etc from local markets and grilled at the house a couple times, and did both dine-in and takeout from local restaurants as well. Larry/Debbie had every detail covered to make ours a great vacation. Thanks.

First, the attention to detail and communication from the owners was unmatched, from booking to check-out THEY WERE AMAZING! Villa Bianca was BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely return to this property! Don’t miss an opportunity to miss a flagship opportunity like this one! They don’t come along often.

Beautiful home in exclusive gated community. Open floor plan with well stocked kitchen. The three spacious decks and quiet uncrowned beach were fabulous.

Having stayed off 30A for the past few years, we decided to try Destin this year for our family vacation. It definitely did not disappoint and was a perfect week!!!!! Villa Bianca was absolutely beautiful!!!!!! It was beautifully furnished, had a very well-stocked kitchen, had two large balconies with plenty of comfortable seating, and offered a beautiful, very private beach!!!!!! Two laundry rooms were a special bonus!!!!!! This home met our every need and want!!!!!

In addition, Larry and Deb were the perfect hosts!!!!!!!! They kept us fully updated about the reopening of vacation rentals during the CoVid shutdown, they warmly welcomed us upon our arrival, and they were readily available for for any questions or needs during our stay. We can truly say that they were two of the nicest people we have ever met.

Many, many thanks to Larry and Deb for their unrivaled hospitality and to the very gracious owners for sharing this lovely home!!!!!!!!! We enjoyed a delightful week at Villa Bianca and look forward to returning again.

We were so pleased with everything! Larry and Deb were amazing! Always available and quick to respond through the uncertainties of the times! The house was spectacular! Definitely the best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a rental! Anything we needed, it was there! The beach was prefect and private! We all loved every moment we were there and hated to leave!

So often you see the pictures of a vacation rental only to be disappointed upon arriving. Well this was way beyond our expectations! The house was so beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean! And then the icing on the cake was the warm reception of the hosts Deb and Larry . It was a wonderful home to have a large family enjoy the beach, fun and fellowship!

Larry and Deb, our hosts, went above and beyond for our family. We were worried about staples with the grocery stores being depleted because of C-19, Larry and Deb asked for our grocery list, shopped, and delivered our items to the house. We had many questions and concerns about changes that were coming daily due to the C-19 virus and our hosts were beyond gracious and answered all questions. Villa Bianca is an incredible home with beautiful furnishings and the perfect view. We had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back!

Gated community right on the beach. We loved the views and especially being able to walk right down to the sand and ocean from the back door. Great for families or a girls get away. Make sure to bring beach towels, they do not have any at the house and “forbid” you to take the towels provided to the shore. No beach toys at all but they do have games and puzzles to do inside. WiFi was sporadic so if you have work you may need to find some place to get that done.

Villa Bianca was a stunning beach property with six bedrooms and 7 baths. Also included were two full kitchens. The views from all the decks were overlooking the ocean and breathtaking. We absolutely LOVED the beach and the location of this home. We also loved the motif in the house – so elegant, but liveable. Having the beach right outside our door was pure luxury.

There were, however, a few glitches during our stay. For paying a hefty amount for rental, we assumed everything in the house would be in working order. That was not the case. Neither of the washing machines worked properly – very frustrating. Also, in one of the kitchens, the stovetop was really hard to use because there were no directions. In addition, the television in one of the family/living rooms was inoperable. We were given 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily which were set up for us on the beach. We couldn’t understand why we were given only 2 chairs when there were 9 of us. Of course, for a fee we could order more chairs. One other issue we had was with the air conditioning. It was set so that we could not make it warmer in the house and it was uncomfortably cool on the 2nd floor.

I must say that the management company did an excellent job of repairing a refrigerator that stopped cooling on our second day and the TV very soon after we reported the fact that neither was working.

All in all, it was truly a memorable vacation with gorgeous surroundings – just too bad we had to deal with several appliances that didn’t work.
