The home’s main kitchen, formal dining area, and main living room are located on the second floor and provide guests with expansive gulf views.

The main kitchen boasts a Subzero fridge/freezer, a warming drawer, an electric range, and granite countertops. The formal dining area seats eight with additional seating for four available at barstools along the kitchen counter. The home’s main living room seats seven and includes a large mounted flat screen TV.

The large balcony off the second-floor living area provides al fresco dining seating for 10 and two lounge chairs. A half bath services the second-floor living area.

The only sleeping accommodations located on the second floor come in the form of a queen suite with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bath.
